Orders completed by 12 noon (working day) are sent the same day, in order of priority, with ELTA Couriers SA.<\/p>\r\n

When orders are placed after 12 noon they are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend are sent on Monday, if it is a working day.<\/p>\r\n

Shipping costs are free for any purchase over 60 \u20ac. The same goes for the first change you are likely to make. In case of purchase of an amount under \u20ac 60, the shipping costs are \u20ac 5. Cash on delivery costs 4 \u20ac.<\/p>\r\n

Delivery is Express and you receive your parcel within 1-3 working days for land shipments within Greece and 2-3 working days for shipments to the Peloponnese. For shipments to island areas, the shipment takes 2-4 working days depending on the region. If it is a weekend, keep in mind that on Saturday, the transport company \/ courier does not make any delivery.<\/p>\r\n

Please note that when you place an ORDER COD, in order for your order to be processed, we will be preceded by a phone call to the phone number you gave us, in order to confirm the order and that your details are real. If the customer does not respond, he receives from us a message (sms) and \/ or e-mail to contact us himself. If even then there is no communication, unfortunately for security reasons because there has been no confirmation that everything is real, the shipment of the order is NOT made and canceled. To avoid hassle and delay please check before completing your order, that the phone number you stated is the correct one.<\/p>\r\n

Also in order to avoid any delay, please use an active and registered e-mail address (e-mail) as well as an available correct telephone number in your order so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order.<\/p>\r\n

Rebels.gr can not be considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to transport \/ courier.<\/p>\r\n

In such a case, that you do not receive within the mentioned deadlines, initially gardiakoushoes.gr performs a check to the courier, which can last up to 15 days.<\/p>\r\n
